As the Head of Production at StagePilot, Laura thrives helping world-class artists and brands like Justin Bieber, CharliXCX, Hamilton, Hyundai, Sombr, and Lizzo translate grand creative visions into technically sound, audience-first streaming experiences. Prior to StagePilot, Laura held senior production roles at "Saturday Night Live" and "Full Frontal with Samantha Bee," contributing to flagship segments within some of the most demanding production environments in entertainment.

Laura is a true multi-hyphenate professional whose work spans platforms and formats, resulting in recognition from The Emmy, Webby, Clio, and Telly Awards. She is fluent in both the technical and creative languages of streaming and broadcast which - to her parents' surprise - has proven much more valuable than her 4 years of Latin in high school.

Outside of broadcast production, Laura writes, performs, and produces with her indie-folk band, Skout. Skout has toured the country, landed on Spotify’s viral charts, and been featured on both NBC and MTV. Though the budgets were smaller, Laura considers her time bootstrapping content for a DIY band to be the most valuable production education of her career.
